Enjoy three levels of space
with NO Overcrowding! Brixen Ivy was the first
building erected from the ground up to be a Wrigley
Field Rooftop facility. The "little yellow
framed house" at 1044 Waveland was purchased
from the Nitahara family in 1998. The house was
torn down immediately after Sammy Sosa's record
breaking season and officially began entertaining
rooftop customers in the 2000 season.

Erected in its place is a beautiful, neighborhood friendly "Greystone" building. It contains an open air balcony, for viewing on the third floor, as well as a comfortable lounge, bar and even a fireplace. On the fourth level or "Rooftop" there is a penthouse lounge as well as bleachers, providing seating for the awesome view of Wrigley Field. |
| Brixen Ivy was named and created in 1998. Since then other Rooftop organizations have added 'IVY' to their name. To avoid confusion make sure you have the correct Ivy....BRIXEN IVY. Brixen Ivy is located near the lowest point of the Ballpark, down the left field foul pole, allowing an extensive view of the entire outfield. The response to this facility and to all the rooftops in general has been phenominal, helping to enhance the over all ambience of Wrigleyville and to create an international icon. |
| Just recently most of the rooftops,
including Brixen Ivy have agreed to pay the Chicago
Cubs 17% of total revenues. The Chicago Cubs Baseball
League have agreed to endorsed those rooftops who
are providing revenue to their organization. |
